Why a Transformation and Unveil?

You made it! Congrats! Your gift for completion comes in the form of another reminder to join our Private LinkedIn Membership Community! If you don’t have a concussion yet from how hard we’ve been beating it into your heads, prepare your insurance card because here’s another hit! Join our Private LinkedIn Membership Community! Tell us how

you’re doing. If you got the job and want to thank us, great! If you’re still asking “Where’s my job, man?” Then let us know so we can help you. If you’re stuck, we have a whole team of people who unstick for a living. How do they do it? By asking questions to understand where the problem is. It’s simple! You could say we’re like glue testers (no huffing permitted).

Frustrations and Apprehensions About What Comes Next

Don’t make the mistake of being a hero, be humble. If you come into the workplace thinking that you have all the answers to every problem, you’ll turn people off. Remember that you’re still the newbie and you need to pay your dues. Nobody likes a know-it-all. You may be fresh blood, but odds

are your possible resolution is one that someone else has already suggested. Don’t be Captain Obvious, put your cape away until it’s needed. Unless it’s a legit superhero-Thor-type-cape, then wear that thing ALL DAY work that runway mama!

Why a Successful Conclusion is Just the Beginning

Being hired at your dream job is exciting. Just don’t make the mistake of thinking you’re all done once you get the position. It’s not like obtaining a black belt in martial arts but more like trying for a baby. You work really hard to get it, but once it’s in your hands… Wowie zowie is there a lot of diapers to change. Starting a new job is only the beginning.

People that have their dream job tend to make the mistake of having a mindset of ‘I made it.’ Don’t be one of these people. Once you have your dream job, the real work begins. A new job is just the start of a new career that gets connected to the past things you’ve done. Oprah didn’t sit on the laurels of her first journalism gig. And Thor didn’t master that hammer right off the bat. Well, he probably did, but he’s not real so be like Oprah!

Remember, you’re only as good as what you’re doing next. Have you ever met someone who always brags about what they did ten years ago? Don’t become that person! What you did before may not even be relevant today. You don’t want to

be “that person,” you know the one; the guy or doll sitting at the bar talking about their glory days at the homecoming game. You didn’t peak in High School and you aren’t peaking now. The goal is to be a bad Peeping Tom and never peak. Keep growing and perfecting your craft.

So here we are, just 12 weeks ago you thought to yourself “I’m ready for a change,” and now look, you have the key ingredients to do that.

Build relationships, align your values with those around you, dream big dreams, and put action to it.

By following everything we told you every step of the way and not ignoring what you were afraid or intimidated of, you’ll have an amazing career.
