7What is your purpose?
This one’s really deep. What do you feel you’re put on this earth to do? What do you think is the best use of your skills?

8What drives you?
Take a minute and think about what lights that fire under your ass. Is it a need to do well for yourself or others? Money? Family?

9What are some things you absolutely cannot give in to?
Where do you draw the hard lines when it comes to work?

10Identify your top three values.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be too rigid about these. Some values are like a pillar that hold your life while others change over time. For instance, honesty or diversity could be your constant value whereas work flexibility could be important once or if you start a family.

11Write down anything else that comes to mind about you, your dream work place, what you want to accomplish, etc.
Maybe you’ll work in a place with beanbag chairs. That’d be cool.
